Mothers Day Picnic

Lori had the chance to go to Ryan's Mother's Day Picnic with his preschool. This is a picture of them at the picnic and Ryan looks to be as full of trouble as he generally is. They look great together. I am glad Lori had the chance to attend with him.

Lori's Birthday

As I reported earlier, we did make it to the beach today. This evening I downloaded pictures from the camera and low and behold, there were a few from previous occasions. So, before I get to the beach pictures, which will be a huge post with many pictures, I have a few previous ones I want to share.

On May 31st, Lori celebrated her birthday in our new house. Yeah! We worked hard the day before on moving in, but we took her birthday off and had a great time.

While neither Lori and I tend to be too freaked out about our ages, I will let you count the candles to see how old Lori is. We both think that having another birthday is much better than the alternative.

We all had a fun day on Lori's birthday. We went to see Prince Caspian in the afternoon and then went to dinner at The Cheesecake Factory. It was nice her birthday was on a Saturday this year.

Today is Lori's birthday! Lori is old enough now that we do not announce how old she is, but we certainly do want to recognize her on her birthday. We want to wish her a very happy birthday today. It is such a bummer that I have to go to work on holiday's like Lori's birthday.
